Remember this is only my plan and plans are always subject to change! Like last week when ran canceled my oldest sons baseball game last minute and a chicken refused to thaw after 36 hours in the refrigerator.
This week my plan is:
- Chicken Strips, French Fries and Fruit
- Balsamic Chicken Stir-fry with Rice
- Roast Beef, Carrots, Potatoes, Onions, Gravy and Biscuits
- Homemade Pepperoni Pizza, Pineapples
- Leftovers
- Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Sausage

Cleaning out leftovers...all simple meals! Thursday night we'll have Mexican for Cinco de Mayo! Thought you might get to go out Thursday? :)
I keep promising myself I will get better at planning meals- but I always end up winging it at the grocery store. Someday...
