How are you doing on the goals, resolutions or plans you made back in January?
I started off pretty well on my exercise goal in January.
But February and the beginning of March have been terrible!!
I'm determined to get back on the exercise wagon, get fit for my upcoming 5K race and lose 10 pounds before Memorial Day!
But I need motivation.
Will you help motivate me by telling me a diet/exercise tip, sponsoring me through CompassionRun.com, or sharing a goal you are working on?

Currently I'm on a two week dessert fast. The first day was easy. The fifth day and I"m CRAVING chocolate. Oh my word! But I'm also trying to change my eating patterns a bit during this two weeks. It's working - a little.
My sympathies on that chocolate craving!! I need to change so eating patterns also. I did pretty well in January but only went down 2 pounds on the scale. It's hard to deny myself and not see the results I want.
Two words... SPARK PEOPLE. I joined SparkPeople.com 8 days ago and have already lost 3 pounds. The motivation, food and exercise tracking and videos alone are worth it. Oh, and it is TOTALLY FREE to join and use the program. I am loving it. You should give it a look/see. :)
